This Information Manual is published in compliance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 ("PAIA"). It is intended to help any person understand what records NoziConsults (Pty) Ltd holds, how to request access, and their related rights.

4. How to request access

  1. Complete the prescribed PAIA Form 2 (available from the Information Regulator website).
  2. Email the completed form to info@noziconsults.com, marked "PAIA access request".
  3. Provide sufficient detail to enable us to identify the record, the requester, the form of access preferred and the right being exercised or protected where applicable.
  4. Pay the prescribed request and access fees (see Section 6 below).
